Hays are representing a well-established and award-winning food manufacturer that is passionate about enhancing wellbeing through sustainable nutrition to recruit a Marketing Manager for a 12 month maternity cover, until July 2026.
Your new role
As Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover), you will play a pivotal role in leading the marketing function during a key period of brand activity. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for managing the marketing team and ensuring the successful execution of the annual brand plan across multiple channels.Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the implementation of the brand strategy and marketing calendar.
2. Leading and supporting a team of marketing professionals.
3. Collaborating with Sales, New Product Development, and Emerce teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
4. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
5. Coordinating international marketing activities and supporting global brand growth.
6. Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and creative assets across all platforms.
This is a temporary role expected to conclude in July 2026, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment
What you'll need to succeed
7. A degree-level qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
8. A minimum of one year’s experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
10. Excellentmunication and presentation abilities.
11. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
12. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with digital asset management.
13. A flexible approach and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
