What the Job Involves In this front-facing, office-based role, you will manage the reception area, ensuring it remains pleasant and safe for all visitors. You will handle enquiries through various channels and provide information and guidance on childcare, health, benefits, and more. Your role includes maintaining the centre calendar, seeking feedback from users, and enhancing community development. You will work on-site full-time, covering maternity leave until September 1, 2026. Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm.
