As the sole Greiner Packaging site serving the UK and Ireland, the Dungannon facility occupies a vital role in the company’s regional presence. The Marketing & Communication Executive will lead the design and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that elevate the site’s market profile, strengthen the Greiner Packaging brand, and attract high-calibretalent. Within the organisation, this role will champion communication efforts to foster engagement, maintain alignment, and build a dynamic community across the site.
Your profile
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing, brand management, or internal communications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation capabilities.
Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics.
Preferred
* Experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
* Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Skills & Abilities
* Innovative thinker with a talent for compelling storytelling.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
* Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, and CMS tools.
* Deeply passionate about culture, communication, and driving meaningful impact.
Our Offer
* 20 hours per week (open to discussions on flexibility over a Mon - Fri period and hybrid working arrangements)
* Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata to 20 hours = £20,000 per annum)
