Job Description
An award-winning production agency is looking for a Creative to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone ideas-led, versatile, and excited to work across a wide range of client projects - from the first spark of an idea through to final delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with senior creatives and the wider production team to develop commercially strong ideas that excite clients and win pitches. The work spans short-form social content and long-form storytelling, requiring both strategic thinking and creative flair.
The Role
As a Creative, you will:
* Contribute original ideas to pitches and briefs, aligned with client objectives, budgets, and brand guidelines
* Write engaging copy for pitch decks, creative treatments, campaign materials, and award entries
* Build client-facing presentations, including copywriting and visual references
* Collaborate with filmmakers, editors, and animators to bring creative concepts to life
* Attend shoots when required to help maintain creative vision
* Review decks, scripts, and edits with a strong creative eye
* Support talent or influencer sourcing where relevant
* Assist with post-production oversight on creatively led projects
* Stay on top of trends, platforms, and audience behaviours
* Support client presentations and contribute to award submissions
About You
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in a creative role, ideally within an agency or production environment
* Experience contributing to social content campaigns and creative projects
* A strong understanding of storytelling and brand-led creative thinking
* The ability to adapt ideas for different platforms, formats, and audiences
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
* Confidence creating and presenting pitch decks
* A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
* Basic editing or animation skills and an understanding of post-production workflows
* Strong organisation, initiative, and time management
* A passion for creating high-quality, attention-grabbing content
