Role Overview
You will be part of a dedicated hospitality team delivering an outstanding dining experience to residents and guests. The role includes till operation, table service, and general front-of-house support within a beautifully presented, premium setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, courteous table waiting service to residents and their guests.
Operate a till system accurately and efficiently.
Deliver professional, warm, and personalised customer service at all times.
Support the smooth running of the dining room, including clearing tables and resetting areas.
Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards in line with site expectations.
Work as part of a friendly and collaborative hospitality team.
About You
We are looking for candidates who can represent both Blue Arrow and the Retirement Village with professionalism and confidence.
Essential qualities:
Well-spoken, polite, and well-presented.
Previous hospitality, waiting, or customer-service experience.
Able to operate a till confidently (training can be provided if required).
Reliable, calm, and comfortable engaging with residents in a respectful manner.
Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
Desirable:
Experience in hotels, restaurants, luxury dining, or care-based hospitality.
