Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced product business with an exciting opportunity to join their growing creative team. They are entering a period of expansion and are seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to support the delivery of high-quality visual content across packaging, point-of-sale materials, and product branding.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of industry experience in a fast-paced, design-led environment. You will play a key role in concept creation, brand execution, and packaging innovation, working closely with internal departments to bring new products and ranges to life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Packaging & Product Design: Lead on the design and development of high-impact product packaging and branding across a diverse portfolio, from concept through to final artwork.Creative Direction & Ownership: Take ownership of design briefs, developing and delivering creative solutions that meet commercial and aesthetic objectives.Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple product ranges, ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.Artwork Preparation: Ensure all artwork is production-ready, accurately set up for print and manufacturer requirements.Mentoring Junior Staff: Support and mentor junior designers where necessary, offering feedback and encouraging development.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key departments including buying, product development, sales, and marketing to align visual content with business goals.Trend & Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour, feeding insights into design strategy and seasonal ranges.Workflow Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and prioritising tasks to meet key deadlines in a busy design schedule.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, or a related field.At least 3 years of industry experience in a similar design role. (Retail, consumer goods, or product packaging desirable).A strong and diverse portfolio that demonstrates creative flair, commercial awareness, and packaging execution.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production processes.A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take briefs and run with them independently.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.An organised and efficient approach to managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.Passion for design trends and an eagerness to push creative standards forward.
