Role: Health Advisor

The Role
· We are looking for well presented, customer focused, enthusiastic, friendly health advisors with a desire to advance their career within a fast-growing entrepreneurial healthcare company.
· You will join our friendly team of staff working as part of both the Clinical and Non-clinical teams.
· You will help make this happen by:
· delivering health assessments and clinical testing (including blood testing, heart rate monitoring, ECGs, body composition testing)
· creating individual lifestyle plans and providing support and education to our clients on how to live healthier lives
· providing first class customer service and care to our clients on every visit
· valuing a long term commitment to MyHealthcare Clinic to grow and develop your clinical and non-clinical skills
· welcoming our patients and supporting the front of house and managerial team, as part of your non-clinical role
· Start date: March 2025
· Hours: 24hrs - 37.5hrs
· Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, with additional day TBC
· Salary: £28,000
· Location: Peterborough
Key Responsibilities
· Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to clients
· Maintain accurate client records
· Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with MyHealthcare Clinic's clinical guidelines
· Carry out clinical testing (training provided on specific processes)
· Create individual health and wellbeing plans
· The role also involves working at front of house at times (e.g. clinic open/closing, appointment bookings, courtesy calls, diary management, clinic support etc)
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
· Phlebotomy experience and recent practical blood testing roles (please provide details in your application)
· Efficient worker with excellent time management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail
· A true team player with excellent attitude to their work
· Must have a flexible nature and be motivated to work within a high-growth, evolving company
· Excellent written and spoken English skills (does not need to be first language)
· Educated to degree level or equivalent in (ideally, but not mandatory) exercise physiology / sports science / nutrition / related health background
· Customer service experience. This could be from retail, hospitality, healthcare or other relevant industry is appreciated.
