Are you an experienced sustainability consultant looking for a new role in real estate?
We are seeking a Sustainability Consultant to join our team to help deliver our real estate Green Building Certification services.
Our company is a Sustainable Real Estate consultancy specializing in green building certification, building performance, and Net Zero Carbon planning across the asset lifecycle.

About the role:
You will be part of our Green Building Certification (GBC) team, working in a hybrid role with regular presence in London for meetings, site visits, and industry events.
The role involves working on refurbishment and fit-out projects, with experience in fit-out essential. Each team member acts as a Project Coordinator, managing multiple deliverables.
What we are looking for:
* Licensed BREEAM and/or SKA Assessor
* 3+ years’ consultancy experience
* Experience with SKA assessments
* Degree (MSc/BSc)
* Ability to manage schemes like BREEAM, WELL, Ska, Fitwel, LEED
* Experience with fast-paced fit-out projects and working with contractors
* Strong communication skills, capable of discussing topics like Net Zero, Circularity, Wellbeing
* Project management skills
* Understanding of real estate drivers and sustainability interactions
* Research, analytical skills, and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon, NABERS, ESG principles
* Experience with planning submissions, especially GLA aligned
* Licensed SKA Assessor (training available)
* Qualifications in LEED, Fitwel, WELL, BREEAM In-Use, BREEAM AP
* Experience with LCA and LCC using One Click LCA
* Experience working with supply chains
* Formulating sustainability strategies and understanding Circular Economy principles
* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 p.a., dependent on experience
* Remote work, within commuting distance to London
* Benefits include 25 days' leave, additional days over Christmas, medical cover, training
