The Role You will lead a large, established team of 30. Your role will include ensuring that the quality of work being done in the team keeps up with the current high standards, and that the team works cohesively. You will drive further growth of the department and also manage a reduced caseload of your own, including a wide range of property transactions such as: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Lease extensions Remortgages Transfers of equity and equity releases Probate sales Shared ownership and staircasing Investment property transactions New-build work About You You will have at least 8 years of PQE in Residential Property You will have experience of working on the full range of residential property transactions You will have mentorship or supervisory experience What's on Offer Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home 25 days' annual leave plus the opportunity to earn up to 12 additional days as a bonus 10% bonus on all fee income generated above target Reduced personal caseload targets due to your managerial responsibilities Regular social events and fun team activities throughout the year Clear long-term progression through to Directorship within a successful and expanding national firm If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please get in touch.
