Assist local SMEs in aligning regional processes with standardized/global processes. Track, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed. Contribute to cutover planning and support data-related activities during go-live. Provide input to project planning, task dependencies, and progress reporting. Support testing cycles, training preparation, and post-go-live stabilization. Ensure timely stakeholder review and acceptance of project deliverables. Assist in evaluating and prioritizing change requests. Act as the day-to-day liaison between business SMEs and technical teams to ensure clarity and progress. Serve as a primary contact point for business stakeholders across releases. Support organizational change management activities in collaboration with project leads. Participate in all phases of the project: requirements, analysis, design, development support, testing, training, and post-production support. Complete functional documentation within the areas of responsibility. Provide input to training plans and support SMEs during country go-live. Provide recommendations to project managers and business owners to support decision-making. Participate in project health reviews to help ensure alignment with project goals.
