What You’ll Lead
• Daily operations across warehouse, production, and site management.
• Strengthening and developing teams where your leadership will make a visible difference.
• Improvement projects including warehouse upgrades, process optimisation, and site efficiency enhancements.
• Contractor and facilities management that keeps the site running smoothly.
• First line people leadership with support from outsourced HR and the Finance Director.
What You Bring
• Strong track record in operational leadership within manufacturing.
• Experience in process, blending, or chemical type operations is helpful, not essential.
• Confident communicator with natural authority — someone people trust.
• Comfortable being the senior decision maker during MD overseas rotations.
• Commercial mindset: you understand ROI, capex justification, and project payback.
