Supply Teacher (small groups)
Adaptable Supply Teacher to work with a small group of Year 6 pupils currently working at KS1 level. Immediate start – Walton on Thames area.
The role requires a strong understanding of SEND and the ability to provide tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
Start Date: Ideally 13/04/2026
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups
2. Support pupils with SEND, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
3. Promote a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
4. Lead and support practical activities such as gardening, cooking, and life skills
5. Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
6. Proven experience working with SEND pupils (essential)
7. Strong behaviour management and communication skills
8. Flexibility and a positive, proactive approach
9. Valid DBS on the Update Service (essential)
