We are looking for a dynamic and self‑motivated Account Director to join our Client Services team. The Account Director will drive client quality and continuous improvement, expanding existing client relationships. The role involves clear communication between clients and Operations, governance communications, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Responsibilities
* Senior day‑to‑day client contact.
* Financial forecasting.
* Input top‑line sales and direct costs into contribution reporting.
* Track budget versus actual, monthly GM tracking.
* Develop action plans when GM falls below target.
* Identify farming & growth opportunities and pass them to the VP Client Services.
* Ensure clear communication between client and internal stakeholders.
* Manage contractual commitments and deliverables, contract change notes/variations.
* Ensure strong governance and audit trail of decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement agenda in partnership with TP Digital colleagues.
* Oversee production and accuracy of MI.
* Invoicing, accounts receivable, and aged debt management.
* Work with Operations on tactical delivery and account running decisions.
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly review packs and business reviews.
* Monthly / quarterly KSAT dipping checks.
* Implement client account plans.
* Change control.
Candidate Criteria
* Solid experience in client services from account management, operations, project management, or wider outsourcing.
* Previous experience managing a client in this capacity.
* Demonstrated value added to a client’s business (client centricity).
* Understanding of metrics used and pricing structure in operation within the contact centre environment.
* Experience of financial forecasting and invoicing.
* Solid understanding of how Account Management influences business objectives.
* Proactive and positive partnership with operations and client priorities.
* Excellent professional interpersonal skills, rapport building, influence and negotiation.
* High numeracy and literacy.
* Committed, enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient.
