Role Overview
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, promoting products, building relationships, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets
* Identify and meet customer parts requirements accurately
* Utilise product promotions to meet targets
* Develop and leverage customer relationships
* Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity
* Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
* Support the TPS Centre team to ensure smooth operations
* Handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or telesales environments
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-focused with a passion for automotive industry
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel
* Self-motivated and target-driven
