We're searching for a Clinical Proposals and Contracting Associate (Clinical Outsourcing Associate) to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in securing new business and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality patient recruitment proposals.
What You'll Do
* Proposals Guru: You'll be the driving force behind our cost proposals, from initial ideation to final delivery. This includes leading proposals for new business and collaborating with third-party vendors to get the best possible estimates.
* Contracts Champion: Take charge of drafting and managing a variety of contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders. You'll ensure every detail is perfect and that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
* Project Navigator: Lead the critical handover meetings, bridging the gap between our proposals and service delivery teams. You'll provide clear direction, anticipate potential risks, and help improve our processes.
* Mentor and Innovator: We're looking for someone who can not only manage complex projects but also mentor junior team members. You'll help shape our team's future and support the company's growth.
