We are recruiting an experienced and vibrant full-time Deputy Store Manager for our Chelsea store
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers while maintaining a high standard of service, quality, and brand representation. The role involves overseeing sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, staff supervision, and training, all while aligning with the Hayley Menzies brand values

Customer Experience:

* Assist customers in selecting luxury products, providing expert knowledge and style advice.
* Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales and Performance:
* Support the Sales Manager in driving sales targets and performance goals.
* Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve conversion rates and average transaction values.
