Ready to combine your legal expertise as an in house solicitor with the dynamic world of construction and procurement?
Signatus are recruiting for a specialist Construction & Procurement Law team who need an ambitious Associate (ideally 2–5 PQE but others considered) to join their growing Belfast office.

The role:
* Advise clients on NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts & procurement law
* Draft and review contracts, tender documentation & legal opinions
* Represent clients in adjudication, mediation, and negotiations
* Deliver seminars/training on construction law topics
* Build strong client relationships and support business development activities, raising your profile and credibility in the industry
What you’ll bring:
* 2–5 years PQE in construction law, procurement law, commercial contracts, or related disputes
* Strong drafting, advisory and client-facing skills
* Commercial mindset and interest in the built environment
* Degree in Law, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
* Full UK/ROI driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
