Teaching Assistant – Greater Norwich
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and confident in fast-paced, high-energy environments? We’re looking for resilient, adaptable individuals to support schools across Greater Norwich as Unqualified Teaching Assistants. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs—supporting learning, improving engagement, and helping maintain a safe, structured classroom environment. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to travel between schools, sometimes at short notice. In return, you’ll receive competitive weekly pay (with additional pay for long commutes or extended hours where applicable), access to ongoing CPD training and development, simple online systems, and dedicated support from a consultant who understands your goals. Selected applicants may also benefit from our Guaranteed Work Scheme, meaning you can still be paid even if no work is available on a given day.
Driving licence essential.
