* Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication throughout delivery.
* Provide hands‑on input in solution design, testing, training, and documentation where needed.
* Manage and develop a team of Technical Delivery Managers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
* Build deep knowledge of our systems and technologies, enabling informed decision making and effective problem solving.
* Champion excellent delivery across multiple business units and high‑profile Group Data projects.

* Ability to break down large, complex challenges into actionable plans.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, and tools like JIRA.
Personal Attributes
* Exceptional communicator and collaborator.
* Technically curious, commercially aware, and motivated to deliver results.
* Flexible, positive, and proactive in your approach.
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Enthusiastic about learning and continuous development.
