Strategic Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and new business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be confident in your ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
* New Business and Partner Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation.
* Partner On-boarding: Provide sales and product training to new partners to ensure successful integration and adoption of our platform.
* Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring pipeline and report accuracy on a weekly basis.
* Identify Target Clients and Segments: Conduct market research to identify target clients and segments for our platform, and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
Requirements:
* 7+ Years of Experience in Business Development or Head of Sales Role: Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Bachelors Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales.
* Strong Ability to Close: Confident and effective in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
* Ability to Get Up to Speed Quickly: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business concepts and challenges.
