Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support patients and families, communicating diagnoses and treatment options effectively.
* Coordinate treatment plans and prescribe treatments.
* Monitor and care for patients continuously.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient decisions.
* Lead or participate in multidisciplinary team activities.
* Assess patient needs, delegate tasks appropriately.
* Recognize and report patient condition changes.
* Maintain accurate records, prescribe medications, and monitor treatments.
* Engage in research to improve surgical techniques and outcomes.
* Educate and train junior doctors and medical students.
