Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with an exciting architectural practice located in Derby. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
* Support planning applications and building control submissions
Key Requirements
* Strong Proficiency in Revit
* Minimum 2 years experience within architectural practice
* Experience in the Retail sector
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation
* Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4
