We’re on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join a thriving business in Dudley on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a ledger, can hit the ground running, and is looking for long-term stability in a supportive finance team.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing your own ledger and chasing overdue payments (B2B)
* Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries quickly
* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
* Working closely with internal teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1. Solid experience in credit control (minimum 2–3 years)
2. Confident communicator, both on the phone and over email
3. Proactive, organised, and ready to make an immediate impact
4. Available immediately and happy to work onsite in Dudley
