Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking for a rewarding role in healthcare?
We are seeking an Administrator to support our Teams in delivering a high-quality service across our organisation. You'll be based at Christchurch Local Office, Loring Road, Christchurch.
As an Administrator, you will have strong administrative skills, experience in finance-related tasks such as processing orders and invoices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in IT skills, with experience of using databases and Microsoft Office, as well as experience of taking and transcribing meeting minutes accurately and in a timely manner.
This is a part-time role covering three days per week.
If you are passionate about contributing to the smooth running of essential healthcare services and want to make a difference in patient care, we would love for you to apply.
The ability to travel independently between teams within the Christchurch locality is required. Having a full clean driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide an efficient, timely filing system, both paper and electronic, including archiving of records.
2. Be involved in the induction and training of new staff members.
3. Organise and prioritise routine and non-routine workload, liaising with colleagues to maintain a team approach.
4. Undertake any other duties as advised by the Admin Co-Ordinator and team managers.
This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants subscribed to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
Applications from candidates requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible.
