We are seeking a Bid Coordinator with proven experience to join our team on a part-time basis through to November 2025. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the end-to-end bid process.
* Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and legal content.
* Assist with the preparation and timely submission of compliant and compelling bids.
* Manage documentation, version control, and internal records of bids.
* Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders during the bidding process.
* Ensure final submissions are accurate, professional, and meet client and brand requirements.
About You
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
* Confident managing and submitting documents via online client portals.
* Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
* Knowledge of the construction industry and/or APMP Foundation certification is an advantage.
