Salary: Starting up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Location: Bishop Sutton, BS39 5XP
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (potential for hybrid homeworking 1 day per week after probation)

What You’ll Do as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll use your sales and people skills to make a real impact. You’ll:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
* Sell and advise on home and motor insurance policies, identifying additional opportunities that benefit the customer
* Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming their trusted point of contact for renewals and ongoing support
* Assist with claims and provide excellent service throughout the process
* Handle calls and transactions while maintaining strong customer rapport
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling and delivering exceptional customer service.
Who We’re Looking For

* Have previous sales experience (insurance, retail, or other sales-focused roles are ideal)
* Are confident speaking with customers and spotting sales opportunities
* Have a natural ability to build relationships and solve problems
* Are proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
* Live within a 45-minute commute of our Bishop Sutton office
