Join to apply for the Full-Time Sales Assistant role at Astbury Business Consulting. This is a full-time job, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible Monday – Sunday. All applications are anonymous until the interview stage to help eliminate unconscious bias.
The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. A Sales Assistant lives and breathes our products. You will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customer through exceptional service, attitude and behaviours. You will help provide the best shopping experience for our guests and showcase our diverse products, asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and link products, sets and add-ons where appropriate. From day one you will receive in-depth training on our products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, product care and best matched product companions.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Make customers feel valued with service that leaves a positive impression of the shop.
* Become a PRO on all products to help customers make suitable choices.
* Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
* Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets and deliver excellent service as a team.
* Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing.
* Engage in training to grow both personally and professionally.
* Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to assist customers.
* Handle transactions with a smile and ensure a positive end to each shopping experience.
About You
Don’t worry too much about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised, can-do attitude. You will be positive, approachable and able to start enthusiastic conversations with customers.
