The Role As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of site-wide master planning and RIBA 2 design for a multimillion-pound accommodation programme at the naval base. Your day-to-day will involve managing client resources, overseeing the design process, and ensuring project milestones are met in line with the programme’s strategic objectives. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Proven experience in infrastructure project management, ideally within a defence or MOD-related environment. Extensive infrastructure design management expertise. Professional qualification such as APM PMQ, CPP, or equivalent; degree-level qualification essential. NEC4 experience is highly desired, though training can be considered.
