We are looking for a committed and motivated Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay at the iconic Savoy Hotel.
Home to hundreds of years of Hollywood history, the Savoy Grill has hosted some of the world’s most famous faces within the legendary Savoy Hotel. Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay epitomizes ‘gourmet glamour’.
In Spring 2023, the Savoy Grill underwent a renaissance, transforming into an even more iconic destination with an elegant new look that reflects its rich history during the golden age of glamour. Guests can enjoy classic dishes like Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington and Rum Baba, flambéed at the table for a dining experience filled with drama and high-quality British produce.
What you do as a Chef de Partie:
* Manage a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, ensuring all dishes from your section are consistently high quality and memorable for guests.
* Lead, train, and develop junior team members, building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
* Eager to learn and develop your culinary career.
* Use your cooking skills, organization, time management, energy, confidence, and passion for food to maintain the highest standards.
