Pareto FM is looking for a professional, approachable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites.
This is a key front-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll act as the face of the workplace — managing reception services, supporting workplace operations, and ensuring every visitor receives a positive experience.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, coordination, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a professional team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House & Reception
* Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
* Delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times
* Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
* Responding to workplace requests, queries, and issues in a timely manner
* Managing internal systems including meeting room bookings and access passes
* Supporting with workplace events and evening setup when required
Administration & Workplace Support
* Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records
* Logging incidents and maintaining site documentation
* Supporting facilities administration, reports, and compliance paperwork
* Assisting the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc operational support
* Participating in an on-call rota if required

What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer-facing environments
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft 365
* Flexible approach with willingness to support workplace events where needed
Desirable
* Previous experience within front of house, reception, facilities, or security roles
* Knowledge of Health & Safety or building security procedures
* Experience working within a 5-star customer service environment
