We're looking for:
* Sushi experience is essential; we'll provide comprehensive training and may consider candidates with more limited sushi skills as long as you've spent some time in a sushi kitchen.
* Someone who is keen to perfect their skills, is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.
* A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.
