Based out of the East Sussex branch, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of commercial clients while working within a collaborative, well-resourced team.

The Role
You'll support Account Executives in the day-to-day management of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries while ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, varied role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Executives with the servicing of commercial insurance clients
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing
* Prepare documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions
* Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover
* Respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met

About You
* Experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar broking role
* Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Cert CII / working towards CII qualifications (desirable, not essential)
