What is on offer to you?
* Basic Salary £28,000 per year
* Complete on target earnings of £40,000 per year
Main purpose of the role
To support the Operations Manager, the senior and wider PX-GC team with a focus on sales, driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships. Mentoring and managing the sales team to ensure the business meets its objectives. Manage and take responsibility for the office in the absence of the Operations Manager.
Activities / Main Duties
* Proactively build and develop long term business relationships with new and existing clients alongside the Operations Manager, BDMs and the wider team.
* Support and oversee staff and assist the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve performance and service levels.
* Motivate and monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
* Achieve excellent customer service.
* Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
* Constantly look for new business opportunities and act on these to proactively drive the business forward.
* Perform all duties of the Operations Manager in case of absence, holiday, emergency, or as and when required.
* Consistently achieve targets and goals set for property sales and a range of associated services for clients.
* Attend client and industry events always presenting the company in a positive light.
* Play an integral part of the PX-GC team, recognise new trends and potential business opportunities. Think outside the box and have confidence to explore and optimise new accounts.
* Recommend solutions to identified problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicate confidently via telephone where possible, building upon and maintaining internal as well as external relationships.
* Respond to emails/written communication clearly and concisely, ensuring grammatical precision.
* Always maintain accountability and integrity.
* Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored and maintained correctly, and all communications are recorded in a clear and concise manner to give a good audit trail.
* Always ensuring that the team adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.
* Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third party services including RICS valuations, contractor, and other reports as required.
* Work closely with the Part Exchange & Group Clients’ extended team to ensure good communication regarding workload, turn‑around times and any client specific challenges.
* Manage own sales workload but as part of a team and complete required actions through the effective use of our bespoke operating platforms ‘Rosie’ and SAMS.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.
* Attend all training sessions and meetings as and when required, putting outcome and actions into practice without delay.
* Study and review all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current and you have completed tests within timeframes set.
* Assist with training across all individuals within the team and all aspects of the business as and when required.
* Actively take part in senior team meetings both on and off site, prepare and present business results as requested and as required
* Ability to support other areas of the Division with minimal supervision or support when requested.

* Full UK Driving Licence
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Act 2006)
