You do not need previous qualifications or experience in care to apply. We strongly value personal life experience, emotional maturity, and the ability to build positive relationships. Full training and qualifications will be provided as part of your development with us.

The role
1. Supporting children and young people with their day-to-day routines
2. Helping create a safe, stable, and positive home environment
3. Building trusting and respectful relationships
4. Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
5. Working as part of a supportive team to meet individual care needs
6. Taking part in activities, education support, and life-skills development
7. Following my journey plans, safeguarding procedures, and house routines

To begin your career you do not need:
