Job Description
* Manage and litigate copyright and trademark cases, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
* Research and analyze legal issues to support case strategies and outcomes.
* Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
* Stay updated on evolving copyright and trademark laws and regulations.
* Work closely with a team of legal professionals to achieve successful case outcomes.
