What You'll Be Doing: Your Impact
As a Children's Support Worker, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial care and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

* Working hand-in-hand with permanent council staff to ensure seamless support.

What You'll Bring: Your Strengths
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience working with challenging young people in residential settings.
* The ability and willingness to commit fully to a rolling rota of core shifts, prioritising them above other commitments.
* Experience with physical restraint techniques. If you don't have this, Randstad can provide comprehensive Team Teach training to get you up to speed.
* A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desired due to various locations across Cardiff.
