Monday to Friday
Start times between 05:00am – 06:00am (until finish) Rates of Pay
£16.34 per hour based on 40 hour a week, permanent salary £34,000 Benefits

Delivering timber products to commercial and residential customers
Operating and driving Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently
Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Ensuring all cargo is loaded, secured, and delivered safely
Adhering to all UK traffic laws and site safety procedures
Communicating effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customers
Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
Assisting with loading and unloading when required Essential Skills
Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
Minimum of 2 year's experience driving Category C vehicles
Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only)
Good spoken and written English
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Strong understanding of UK transport laws and regulations
Effective communication and customer service skills Desirable Experience
Previous commercial driving experience
Experience delivering timber or building materials Training Provided
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
