Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small team. Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however we are looking for an organised and driven individual with strong communication skills. You must also be IT proficient as the role requires regular use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Duties

* Manage day-to-day office operations including liaising with our field engineers.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Organise files and documentation in a systematic manner to facilitate easy retrieval.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and tracking expenses.

Experience

* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience in data entry and clerical duties is highly desirable.
