Essex County Council is seeking a Technical Support Officer for a 12-month temporary role in Harlow. The successful candidate will support the Repairs service, managing cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely updates for residents.
Key responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining case files, and assisting surveyors with reports. A proactive and customer-focused attitude as well as strong communication skills are essential.
Experience in property services or damp & mould support is desirable. This role requires being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.
