The Role
The Versioning Producer manages the relationship between DMS and local marketing teams of key studio clients, focusing on re-versioning and localization services. This role requires constant client engagement and strong project management skills.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing a key account daily operations.
2. Managing full client service delivery, ensuring timely and high-standard production of creative and post-production jobs.
3. Maintaining high levels of client engagement and service.
4. Coordinating with Versioning Producers, clearance, trafficking teams, and technical staff to meet delivery timelines and briefs.
5. Managing localization processes across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, and audio.
6. Ensuring work quality and consistency, adhering to quality control standards before final delivery.
7. Handling client billing and invoicing processes.
8. Supporting Global Account Managers where needed.
9. Managing weekly billing processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in post-production operations, providing high-level service to major clients.
Essential skills include:
* Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery.
* Ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels.
* Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment with adaptability and resilience.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
This is a temporary contract starting on 2nd April 2025 and ending on 1st August 2025.
