Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly fit kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
* Carry out all aspects of joinery work including doors, windows, floors, and bespoke joinery.
* Work closely with plumbers, electricians, tilers, and plasterers to ensure seamless project completion.
* Have a working knowledge of tiling, ensuring all surfaces are prepared correctly and tile installations are cohesive with the rest of the work.
* Assist with minor tiling work when needed, helping to ensure smooth transitions between joinery and tiled surfaces for a polished finish.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
* Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, within agreed timelines.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in joinery, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom fitting.
* Must have own tools to perform all required joinery tasks.
* Ability to work effectively with plumbers, electricians, tilers, and plasterers.
* Familiarity with tiling processes, such as surface preparation, grouting, and finishing, to ensure integration with joinery work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.
* Full UK driving licence required.
