Business Development Manager £60K - £65K Car Allowance Are you an experienced Business Development Professional or Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a market leader in the automotive sector, is seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to grow strategic partnerships across the UK. You need to be an expert in in managing portfolios, building trust with clients, finding new opportunities and driving revenue will be central to your success. With over 200 locations nationwide, the company thrives by bringing in talented professionals who can manage and grow client relationships, identify new opportunities, and make a real impact on the business. The Role This role is about identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with both businesses and customers to support revenue growth and business development across the UK You'll take ownership of key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with regional teams to support growth initiatives. What you'll bring: A proven track record in managing and growing B2B client relationships and achieving targets Experience in multi-cultural, franchise, or retail environments Commercially aware, strategic thinker, and able to spot new opportunities Strong customer focus, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships at all levels Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and other business tools Resilient, tenacious, and driven to deliver results and exceed expectations Flexible and willing to travel across the UK as needed Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across markets, industries, and partnerships Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets Support Regional Managers in spotting and developing local business opportunities Implement and improve the Operator sales process Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with company goals Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive growth Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Prepare reports and presentations on business development performance and progress This is an exciting opportunity to join a company committed to innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to its customers.
