What you’ll do:
* Prepare and cook meals to set menus, ensuring quality and consistency
* Work alongside a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver three daily meals
* Supervise and assist inmates in food preparation
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete due diligence paperwork
* Be a team player and handle challenges professionally
What we’re looking for:
* Previous cheffing experience
* Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
* Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
