What you’ll be doing: Supporting the events team in the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple large-scale events Liaising with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and high-profile clients to ensure everything runs smoothly Managing guest lists, RSVP processes, and event documentation with precision Handling administrative duties including scheduling, invoicing, data management, and reporting Assisting on-site at events when required (occasional evening work may apply) What we’re looking for: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role – ideally within events, hospitality, or a fast-paced industry Impeccable organisation and time-management skills A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and remains calm in a busy, high-energy environment A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and keen attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM/event software is a bonus Why join?
