Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English literature and language
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and support student progress
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English OR a Degree in English with teaching/instructional experience
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum (KS3 & KS4)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passion for teaching and motivating young learners
