Key Responsibilities

* Use IT systems for documentation and communication
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Strong communication skills in English
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and care management software
* Valid UK driving license (required for travel between care locations)
* Must reside in Falkirk
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
* Previous experience in care home or home care settings
