Switch Jam is a North Cotswold-based B2B marketing agency working with SaaS, software, and specialist B2B companies.
We are looking for a Campaign & Content Manager to take responsibility for the planning, production, coordination, and quality control of campaign content.
Once strategic direction has been set, you will work in close collaboration with the senior team during early campaign stages to understand intent, positioning, and quality standards, then take ownership of execution and day-to-day campaign production.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Content Execution
Support both client campaigns and Switch Jam's in-house marketing
Manage campaign content from first draft through to final handover
Produce and refine:
* TOFU and MOFU assets (articles, guides, scorecards, case studies)
* Landing page copy (click-through pages, HCLPs)
* Organic social copy derived from interviews or transcripts
* Supporting copy for CTAs and funnel transitions
2) AI-Assisted Content Creation & Critical Editorial Control
Use AI tools to generate structured first drafts efficiently
Apply critical thinking and editorial judgement to interrogate content
Improve structure, sequencing, clarity, and decision logic
Actively seek weaknesses in drafts and revise until the content:
* Delivers meaningful insight and clear ah-ha moments
* Demonstrates credible understanding of the topic
* Avoids generic or surface-level commentary
* Clearly supports commercial intent and funnel progression
This role is much more than simply being able to edit for grammar or tone. You'll be required to be comfortable and experienced in critically challenging copy until it delivers meaningful insight and commercial intent.
3) Campaign Production Planning & Coordination
Translate agreed strategy into a clear, workable campaign plan
Define required assets, sequencing, and dependencies
Own timekeeping and deadline management for campaign content
Coordinate inputs and outputs across stakeholders, including:
* Designers
* Developers
* Marketing operations / tracking support
* Follow up with contributors to ensure deliverables are completed on time
* Flag risks, delays, or inconsistencies early
4) Customer & Subject Matter Expert Interviews
Confidently support and contribute to recorded interviews (e.g. Riverside.fm, Zoom)
Work with clients and the senior team to capture subject-matter expertise
Use recordings and transcripts to:
* Inform campaign messaging
* Re-purpose content into social posts and supporting copy
* Identify moments suitable for short video clips (basic selection and captions)
You'll need to be comfortable being client-facing, prepared, and credible in these settings.
5) Editorial QA & Handover
Ensure all campaign content meets agreed quality standards
Check funnel flow, CTA progression, and overall coherence
Prepare clear briefs for build, implementation, and tracking
Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years in content, campaign, or marketing roles
* Experience producing B2B or SaaS marketing content
* Confident using AI tools as part of a structured workflow
* Strong critical thinking and editorial judgement
* Understanding of marketing funnels and buyer journeys
Nice to Have
* Experience working with customer or SME interviews
* Familiarity with landing pages or CRO principles
* Experience re-purpose long-form content across channels
Working Structure:
* Full-time and Part-time considered split between office-based and home working
* Flexible hours with clear deadlines and ownership
What Success Looks Like
* Campaign content is delivered on time and to a consistent standard
* Campaign planning and production runs smoothly without constant intervention
* Content quality is reliable, coherent, and commercially focused
* The role operates with autonomy, strong judgement, and accountability
Selection Process
* Applicants will be reviewed and shortlisted for a second stage remote assessment
* Remote competency-based assessment
* Final shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a video interview with the Founder
