Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Support Consultant!
Are you a natural problem‑solver who loves helping customers and working with innovative technology? We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and people‑focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional 2nd line support across our suite of applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by:
* Providing 2nd line application support to customers using our applications
* Handling customer queries electronically and over the phone
* Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents
* Supporting account management and building positive customer relationships
* Keeping detailed records of interactions and investigations
* Monitoring system and security alerts proactively
* Recreating and validating customer issues using internal guides
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business
* Assisting with the rollout of new applications and updates
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and persistent in solving problems
* Organised, logical, and methodical in your approach
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
* Confident with computers and tech-savvy
* Clear and professional in both spoken and written communication
* Empathetic and patient when supporting customers
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* Able to obtain SC/NPPV3 Security Clearance (Higher Vetting is essential)
