Job Description
* Provide HR advice and support to staff and managers within the institution.
* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Handle recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
* Support with staff training and development initiatives.
* Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
* Participate in HR projects as required.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will have:
* CIPD Level 3
* Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR software systems.
* Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
