Ward Host – Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital
Pay: £12.81 per hour
Hours:30 hours per week
Shifts: 7am - 1pm and 1pm - 8pm
Site Benefits: On site Parking/Free meals when working more than 6 hours
We’re looking for a dedicated Ward Host to support high‑quality food services for patients and visitors.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and deliver meals safely and hygienically.
Take accurate food orders, including allergies and dietary needs.
Assemble and present meal trays to a high standard.
Deliver refreshments to patient rooms and offer assistance where needed.
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, stock rotation, and documentation.
Support the ward team with a friendly, calm, and professional approach.
Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
